Thumbs up

I wonder if she'll still be in Nashville during Fan Fair, which takes place the weekend before that fight. Anyway, thanks for keeping up with all this stuff, Leo.

Really you do a good job of keeping us informed. To bad thier is no Tv coverage of this it might be worth watching.Fox & Espn run fights that are 10 months old going to one of these casinos can't cost that much.Just out of curiosity I want to see her in a match.I heard it is not that great to watch women box but I am easily amused.

Thanks Chick!!

Well it is a shame that Tonya"s fights are not on TV because I too think they may be worth watching..But if she keeps winning who knows..We might just get to see her fights!!!

Default UPDATE...

Got this little tidbid from a Madison Wisconsen newspaper..

The Capital Times..

May 10 2003

BY Doug Moe

When this earth-shaking scoop is announced publicly, remember where you heard it first. Nobody at the Ho-Chunk casino could confirm it Friday, but I'm reliably informed that there will be a boxing match at the casino in July featuring none other than Tonya Harding. I don't see a lot of people changing summer vacations plans for the bout. Maybe if her opponent was Nancy Kerrigan ...

Well if this is true then it means that Tonya's handlers have not giving up booking fights for her despite her broken nose that stoped her from boxing last night in Iowa..

Harding's boxing career is down for the count

Tonya Harding's boxing career is down for the count, at least for awhile. Tonya broke her nose while sparring a couple of weeks ago. She was scheduled to fight this weekend in Iowa but doctors orders are keeping Tonya out of the ring. No word if this injury will keep Tonya from her Oregon debut next month.
